Mby, I have been on birth control no stop without a "period" for 3 months, but I have started bleeding a bit the last couple of days, so I will skip them for a week and see if it makes the issue any better (tho might not getbetter until after the period tho iduno)

I haven't switched in 1-2 years I think hmm, I had the same hormones before tho progesterone and estrogen (?) just I switched to a higher dose 

tho I think birth control in general have made me have a lotttt less pimples, like honestly didn't realize it before looking back at old pics n honestly my skin is so sexy clear now compared to then bruh lol
