NFR by lana definitely comes close, it was my fav album from 2019 and in my opinion one of the best from the 2010s

maybe not as incredible as ok computer etc but NFR is and was way ahead of what most (pop) artists were doing in 2019 (and are doing rn)

I can't agree about the 80s sorry I absolutely hate that decade in every sense and it should be deleted from human history. The 90s however, extremely good decade for music. 
But yeah, ok computer is definitely among the albums that will be difficult to top, in utero is also decent. I haven't heard anything from Lana so I can't really say anything about the quality of her albums. I'll need to think what album I think is the best from the 2010s because it wasn't that great musically. 
Like the albums that comes to mind for me are either from before 2010 or after. 
I don't really listen to much pop music although I have to admit I have listened to one of Harry Styles' songs, but it's only that one and I haven't really gotten around to explore him as a solo artist further.
