Hmm yeah ok, I have one friend closest to ur height that is mby 155 max, but she is very overweight I think, but I think she doesn't seem to eat that much honestly, I just think its very easy to gain weight at that height

I haven't had much iced coffee lately because well yeah I haven't. I drink ca. 1.5 litres of soda per week, and 0.5 litres of energy drink every time there's a formula 1 race which is roughly 23 times, but i didn't one race and won't the two coming ones as i won't watch them so roughly 10 litres per year. 
Sometimes I drink saft but it's very thin because I don't like when it isn't, and if I drink juice I'll generally mix that with water as well for the same reason as the saft with it being too intense and gross if it isn't thin.

But yeah it could be that I guess if u rlly don't eat much and urnot in much activity, you don't rlly need a lot of extra calories to gain weight, but obviously it will be very slow if you're only over what your body needs by a little bit, so technically while u wouldn't get much extra from the amount of liquid u ingest, it can add up I guess. I weighed ish the same as u before but honestly I feel like I eat the same amount now, mby a little less, but I switched from stuff containing sugar to stuff without and I think that helped. If u can't deal with the taste tho then that doesn't help

I'm just confused because I genuinely don't think I'm above it with what I drink, if anything my beverages salvages the fact that I'm waay below what I should be eating

Idk I always have a problem with clothing sizes. I can be xxs in some brands and m in others. even in the children's section i can go from being 10-12 to 12-14 depending on the store

Yeas then mby ask ur doctor abt the metabolism thing (stoffskifte) cus it could be that also, I know u said u would try to stop going to the doctor lmao, but if ur going there anyway sometime then u could ask abt it at the same time yeah. Even if u would opt not to treat it (it could be beneficial tho, cus it has some other symptoms also, if it even is that obviously) then u know what causes it at least

i have completely given up on reading sizes, i just eyeball it when i pick up clothing which thankfully i have very high accuracy with

but i can wear anything from xs to l even within the same types of clothing in the same brands. sizing makes no sense as usual
