no i call it specific to include an option in a survey that addresses a specific issue where people can't be admitted into the programme they want to attend because other applicants get ranked over them. if the creator of the survey wants to specifically look at people who have gotten into university, that's valid too.

it's not always relevant to address issues, and besides, it's not an issue that people can't get into the programme they want to, it's meaningless if they produce more doctors than can be employed, the number of spots in a programme is often connected to job prospects
