In this group home the lead assigns us a weekly caseload and varies our tasks instead of leaving it to the employees themselves to decide. I think that will prevent a lot of the hogging/infighting that was ongoing in the other home. I’m already getting a much better vibe but this group home has the highest turnover rate within the company so time will tell
