i didnt feel i got to properly express my gratitude for the work n effort u put in to explain stuff 2 me but i really really appreciated it ; _ ;

as of now i am back wit more questions ( ಠ‿ಠ)

1. i think i've decided to just go for a graphics card so i can play whatever i want. i was wondering if i should just go for the one i sent yesterday (12 gb) or if it's a bit unnescessary? i could go for a slightly cheaper one (8gb) but they're all expense n it'll save 100€ tops i'm just unsure if i need more than 8gb hehe

2. i calculated somewhere that i need a power supply wit a wattage of 500 but i saw a corsair one n my brain went "but corsair is a nice brand isnt it ( ー̀εー́ )" (idk why, i just have that impression lmao) then googled n said it doesnt overheat n stuff like that which i've understood is a nice thing to think abt. but it has 750W n im wondering does it do smt if i have too much power??? is it just stupid to have too much or is it a safer choice? ᯣ.ᯣ

3. also doing a bit of research on which cooling system i should go for as i'm a bit stuck up on that (probably overly worried i'll choose anything wrong so that the machine will overheat and cause damage to itself) but it's very confusing??? is it super important or should i just choose one that has ok reviews

yes thats a fair point!! thank u 4 saying that
i used to play a lot on consoles aaa i miss soul calibur

im not gna buy smt expensive on a whim for it to sit in a corner n get dusty lolol even though im maybe a bit dumb when it comes to shiny keyboards that lure me in wit their pretty colours ( •̯́ ^ •̯̀)

last time i played on consoles u had to have all the consoles to play all of the games so i figured it might be easier to just get a pc maybe?? also more social ig. simulator-thingy doesnt work well on my mac i figured itd work better on a pc maybe hmmmm

but yea many words im still weighing everything n considering stuff ; __ ;

ahaha with much love

the card that you sent is hella good, but idk if it's really necessary for the games that you've listen, could do with a cheaper option that will also run anything, not the best but will run it no problem !
if you would still like something that will be strong and run everything super well, I'd suggest instead of the 3060, Radeon RX 6650 XT maybe, they are around the same performance wise, maybe the Radeon a bit better, and it should be cheaper!
if you want an even cheaper option that is similar, RTX 3050, or RX 6500 xt
if you want to play only the games you listed and won't be playing any new demanding game, I'd suggest GTX 1660 super could also work well

regarding the power supply, you are right, you need to get one that will have enough power to supply the entire pc, if I put the second card into equation, the RX 6650 xt, 500 should be good! maybe because of the SSD, 550 could be a taaad bit better but 500 will work well, no need for more as it'd be a waste, unless you REALLY are sure you want to invest into a pc and might upgrade it in the future.
corsair IS a nice brand but you should not look exclusively into brands as they all have great things and weaknesses

regarding the cooling it is really simple, it should fit the motherboard socket ! if you'll run heavy games and programs, the best cooling will be liquid cooling, as they are better than air cooling as they bring the heat down faster, but if your pc will not be strained much or you won't demand much of it, you can get air cooling and it'll do great as well
the motherboard that the link has have a socket called AM4, a lot of coolers will fit this socket so it should be no problem, water ones are just more expensive, but more efficient with cooling faster, but there is no need for it if you won't play heavy games, so I'd recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212 ARGB Black from the list in the link

now before you proceed more with it, I would suggest looking actually if you'd invest not just money but also time in it, you can get a strong pc but after a while not be interested in it anymore and it'll collect dust and might be a waste of money, so checking as bones said if there is a console with all the games you want might be the better and cheaper option, but games will be expensive for it (60 eur usually for triple A games) but if you are actually set on it, a pc might be better for future upgrading and getting games for cheaper, being able to modify em and tweak them more than on console, like so many crazy mods for minecraft for example lmao, or amazing graphics that you can get only on pc (but that requires a strong pc) no need to pay to play with people,  I might be biased because I prefer and always leaned for the pc than consoles but  it is overall better than consoles if you will use it long term and enjoy a lot of games

thank u ♡ also bones thank u too ♡ for askin important question, it rlly reminded me to reflect abt stuff that's so important to consider n i really appreciated that!!! id also like to know more abt consoles (like can u play all the games on all consoles now??? or are there still exclusives and stuff like that)

think im currently gettin more drawn to the idea of a pc tho bc its the game part

n then there's bigger tasks that i notice is gettin a bit straining for my mac n makes it go a bit crazy sometimes (big files in photoshop n esp vid editing or animation, its from 2017 so its been a few yrs ; _ ; *had to change cus a blinking eye smiley appeared

ii will deffo take my time to decide cus there's no point in rushing any decision. the process of reachin one is a bit chaotic however lol

also thanku thanku sm for the technical input, it's rlly helpful to know all these things  ♡ even if i do or dont get a pc when i've sorted out my thoughts properly, it's been an immense help, n i will use this knowledge well UwU

yeah it might be something you DO actually really want but it is a big purchase and I always say that it is good to think if you need\want to make it

a good pc could handle photoshop for sure, you won't have to use it only for games if your mac is struggling, photoshop, editing videos and anything in between

I also believe that it is helpful to know those things, helps a person reach a better decision knowing more, and I am glad to hear that you appreciate it!
