Hmm I'm not sure either! 
Now that I'm looking at both of them the dresses do look really similar and I prefer the one from the permanent banner tbh, the new one does have a cool fireworks effect when you walk though

Same here. The hair is always the last. I didn't get flutter storm's hair and I'm still bitter about it. Thankfully, the banners are coming back.

It's also amazing how it's free to play with absolutely not a single pay2win mechanic. The gacha system is really fair, especially the ones with a single set, and I never ran out of diamonds to buy the pink crystals for it.

Also, not gonna give any spoilers, but I was absolutely impressed at how deep the main story can get sometimes. There are moments where you can really feel the traumatic response of some characters, and yet it's still well balanced to not get too dark.
