kidney beans, then you just wash them to get rid of the "red water" and then i just put taco powder and water on them in the pan. They are supposed to just get heated up, not fry

oh i wrote wrong lmfaO i just meant the ... idk the meat u usually have in tacos ?? considering making it with a lot of beans to make it more "lean" tho!

and i think i would like something saucy tho so salsa is good for that and it's with few calories for a sauce (the store bought kind) so i can eat a lot of it heH which is nice
