do I get a tumbler or do I get a sage for composting ?
tumbler
eartheasy.com/jora-jk125-composter-4-5-cubic-feet/
sage (same concept as Lumi if u need it in english)
bakerenogkokken.no/innredning/soppelbotter/sage-the-food-cycler-avfallbotte/
pro and cons
- tumbler doesn't need electricity but takes a few weeks\months to make compost
- sage is reliant on energy, but it takes only 4hrs to reuse the food scraps in "chips" form
- sage can be indoors so i don't have to go that far (i like as little work as possible tbf)
- tumbler is outdoors
- none should smell much but smell matters more indoors
- would say around same price
- sage got 2 years warranty? will it last me long or just a few years? who knows
- have to add soil to the tumbler
- don't have to add something to the sage it breaks down when i use it
