idk but my meds make me sweat a lot at night, especially when im on my period, and its always my legs dripping wet from sweat. so that gives me butt acne. but i have always had body acne so idk sometimes its real bad, sometimes its all gone

Hmm I had a type of eczema on my hands before that looked like pimples tbh, and deep pain when I touched it (no dry skin tho on those parts) like pimples do sometimes, and it looked like the pimply things were filled with water/pus thing but then it was just eczema yes, I don't remmeber the spesific name for that type but. Would be weird if I had hand acne

Hm mby changing sheets often and shower the body every day could help then, but yeah it could just happen regardless I assume. I just get jock itch when I been too sweaty, very annoying but its never gotten rlly bad so its ok

Papular eczema allegedly, that shit HURT, much worse than any other eczema I have had. But I got cream for it when I was like 13 and it never returned thank god

yeah it definitely improve when i shower daily and change my sheets often, which i do my best to do, though it does not cure it 
im thinking it might be time to go to the doctor with it idk its been an issue since i was 10, so 12 years i have suffered with body acne 👍🏻
