I have noticed by scrolling asos that i definitely mostly like a poofy sleeve and babydoll cut dress lol
i think if you have short legs a shorter dress is better cus a longer skirt will make ur legs look shorter but then for broad shoulders a looser sleeve is best i basically have the same body shape as you i think except my thighs are kinda long

this with black boots would be cute n u could wear tights if its cold and the neckline is good for small boobs bit of tit tape to hold the collar down n good to go

honestly with boots i think the best dresses would be like sparkly shift dresses or even a sparkle oversized button up shirt dress and then you can take a cool jacket if its cold i havent dressed up properly in ages looking at dresses is makin me want to haha
