baby steps are best option, start with small changes. write down ur goals (to get healthier, lose weight, look better in clothes or out of them) and turn them into smaller goals. for an example, rather than saying u want to run 10km, say u want to run for 10 minutes straight this week and 20 minutes the next.
fix ur eating rhythm, plan ur meals, maybe even do meal prep. don't obsess over ur weight it's literally just numbers. don't stop eating junk food and candy, just limit the amount. if possible, stop drinking soda/energy drinks/alcohol or at least prefer water. the main thing is diet but exercising usually helps to keep up with changing it and it's so inspiring to see urself make progress!! for some it's helpful to write down schedules for exercise and food diary, some just get anxious over doing it. listen to ur body and learn to love it with or without doing changes first
