Nope, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish is basically the same language. I was clueless at the Dutch and German servers until I had German in high school bu tthat was only for one year before the servers shut down. I didn't understand anything on the Polish site either. The Finnish was like.. I understood some words but were only lurking in the shops

I see .. i didn't know all the Scandinavian countries had their own page .. as there were no Austrian or Swiss pages .. only the German one

well although the Scandinavian languages are considered to be very similar, they are counted as separate languages, whereas Austrian and Swiss is mostly German, at least like Schweizerdeutsch (obviously not Italian, Romansh or whatever?, French +++) 
Also gsm was Danish so obviously Denmark had own servers. But I really wanted a united Scandinavian server I think it could've been good
