im on 4 meds, i smoke, i brush my teeth twice daily so its not the hygiene, idk what soft diet means, and i do have dry mouth (thanks to my meds).  so yea hmmmmmmmmmm. i dont smoke much tho, like 1 cig a day maybe, the rest is vaping
