The only thing that kinda keeps me back (except for the pain in the ass healing process) is the risk of receding gums... After 5 years with spider bites my gums receded quite a bit. Since it's on the bottom teeth it's not visible, but I fear that it might be more visible on the upper front teeth?

What's your experience with medusa piercings? Have you had issues with receding gums or is it not really noticeable? If you want to show pics, that'd be great. Plss help a girl out

have also considered labret cause it would prob fix my idea of it bein 2 clunky in that area

oooh yes I love labret as well, I think both would be super pretty on you tbh. I think the "clunkiness" depends a bit on what jewelry you have in

Ah, I've never had a problem with metals thankfully. Do you feel there's any difference with keeping it clean? I've heard some plastic jewelry is more difficult to keep clean?

Nah, there is no difference, however it feels softer having plastic. I had snakebites before and they were also plastic, but i used to chew on them lol
