how can I improve my mood?

i get pissed off very quickly, i have a short temper and my mood can go from 100 to 0
i want to change this about myself. does anyone know anything that I can do to improve my mood? like what kind of food, medicine, vitamins, etc could change my behavior?

and of course, try to do some fitness or running
