well the thing is that i am the network admin and he doesn't know my passwords so he can't admin shit or go through any history
he's never seen me be on vp - i always did it when he wasn't home or when he was asleep. never when i was with him. not once. i only used my own laptop - to which he hasn't got the password - and i only ever use incognito tabs.

that, and he's dyslexic and can barely read in swedish, let alone in english

some paranoia or anxiety isnt unexpected after so much change at once. i think the best thing to do is to keep ur phone charged and on u, but to just try to move on too. trying to avoid going places u know he might be?
