People have their own "ritual" for be less nervous. When i´m having serious meetings i write down the questions i have. I write down what i wan´t to say, that way i don´t forget the most important questions. If you ar having "what if" questions write them down and then write an answer. EX
"What if i puke?" Answer: Have i puked before when i´m nervous? If yes: How can i handle it? What can i do to prevent it? Answer: I bring a smal plastic bag, i tell the person that i´m talking to that i feel sick because i´m nervous.
Some people takes a hot shower, some people goes to the toilet and takes a dump and others decide that "AT 5 I CAN BE NERVOUS BUT I CAN´T BE THAT NOW".
