the chloe ting challenges? Cuz I started working out like 4 days ago and yesterday I switched to the chloe ting 2 week challenge and I've seen people have amazing results too. (I am also trying to lose weight cuz I'm slightly overweight and a little chubby and I want a healthier lifestyle.

So I now eat like 1600 calories per day and I do the ting workout + go for a fasted walk in the morning. 

plus i'm really excited cuz I've seen some results too (not that big tho) but all the bloating has gone away and I'm very proud of myself. :3 



if you've tried any did u do all the workouts or just the ab + weight loss? 






if you have some tips feel free to tell me sum ^^

I did the 2 week challenge once before and it did help me get in shape but because I didn't really eat that healthy at the time and stopped working out after I'm back where I started lol. 

But I hope it works out for you!
It felt really good after the 1st day of healthy delicious foods and the workout cause it really made me sweat. (:
I'm excited to see more results after 2 weeks, then I was thinking about starting a new (monthly) routine of hers!

i'm sure her workouts are good, but the things she claims are absolutely false. you can not spot reduce fat, you can't get visible abs in 2 weeks (unless your fat% is low enough already) and you most certainly can't exercise away your hip dips. 

i'd recommend Natacha Oceane for example.

however, it's great that you have found motivation for exercise and more healthy eating! make sure you eat enough and that moving brings you joy. good luck on your journey!

when people say hip dips they don't talk about rib removals or your muscle, they talk about the fat on top. You most likely have hipdips if you have excess fat. 

also, it's not about "getting rid of them" it's reducing the size, as she says in her videos.

then she obviously has major click bait in her video titles. i've understood that hip dips are mostly due to your pelvic bone structure, not where you store fat ( = love handles). i have hip dips and i've always had them, no matter my fat% or muscle mass. it's because my pelvic bones are more straight up and higher, rather than that smooth hourglass figure.

anyways, i don't like the way she claims false things in her video titles, like "burn inner thigh fat" and the exercise is for inner thighs. as if one can burn fat just from inner thighs with that workout.

but like i said, her workouts aren't bad, it's just the way she makes false claims in those titles.

basically any full body workout is great for beginners tho. just target those big muscle groups and slowly use more resistance (weights, resistance bands).

Those are CHALLENGES. "Burning inner thigh fat" is for slimming your thighs which is COMPLETELY possible by working out lol. Same as if you train your abs u are not going to get amazing legs lol.

the thing is, you can't ONLY burn inner thigh fat. you can't control where you lose your fat as you lose weight. for some, inner thighs is the last place they burn fat. which is why it's misleading to title your leg workout videos as "burn leg fat". if you only did leg and butt workouts while in a calorie deficit, you'd still end up losing fat from your upper torso sooner or later. 

if you want to get lean, as in toned and slim, you need to burn fat and grow muscle. i'm not saying her workouts are shit or won't do the trick. i only have a problem with how she markets her workouts.

no she annoys me because a lot of the stuff she does, i cant do within the time she does... or like some of the moves my body can not do so i have to replace half of her workouts with stuff i can do

I'm going to be honest, I did her workout challenge for 2 weeks and I saw a VERY very small difference in my inner thighs, like maybe that they got 1/2 cm smaller? But like, after doing that workout EVERY DAY for two weeks... I was surprised, I thought I would've seen a huge difference  ;/

im doing the shred challenge - i don't expect to be 10 times  skinnier, but it has tons of workouts and sometimes it's like 4 in one day.

to me it's a challenge, as a challenge to do something for a certain amount of time, and it's easier if the challenge lasts a couple of weeks cuz it keeps me motivated. ^^ I don't expect huge results but this is how I lost weight before.

Yea some moves are hard. She claims u can keep breaks as long as u need and take it slowly, even admit that some are hard lol. 

but to me idk every workout is hard lmaoo i'm unfit.
