Every time im playing games like sims, overwatch etc, it destroys my back.
I dont have anything else than a low coffee table to play on in the sofa, and reason why i dont play games that works best with mouse and keyboard very often.

I do have a good chair
+ Im thinking of buying a desk, but its not much space for it atm.

idk what to do in the mean time because i dont want to wait for a desk until in can play games i really want to play.

Also If someone norwegian knows a store(not ikea) that sell a desk that dont take up a lot of space, could let me know would be nice.

Take a 5-10minute break at every hour to move, but also stretch in between and keep a check on your posture\how you sit. There are likely graphics out there that show you how to "sit" so your back won't hurt in different scenarios.

Maybe you have something you can use for a table in the sofa in the meantime? Like..

thank you, i never even had the idea i could maybe use a book for my mouse. the keyboard is built in sadly, but for games that doesn't use the keyboard much this was very helpful!
