after all, the cats could get seriously injured or killed if the windows were broken and it's me he's mad at, not them. he loved those cats. in fact, he loves all cats. 

also my windows don't really face the street and can't be seen at all if you just drive by, so idk how that would help? but i could call a womens line tomorrow asking for advice

i just pm'd you including the suggestion of a womens shelter.

my sister used a shelter to help her get her restraining order. they had all kinds of different people that she got to talk to when she left her abusive relationship. these groups have a lot of resources available that people dont even know about. 

shit even calling something like that just to talk might be useful.

but dude, it might be 3am but that guy sniffs flour and stays awake for days on end whenever he feels like it so even if i'm pretty sure he wouldn't physically harm me, i can't be sure which mental state he's in (considering i haven't heard anything from him at all whatsoever in ten whole days) and thus i don't feel safe until i hear my neighbors waking up
