lmao I had to have surgery and they wanted to put those nose things into my nose so I could breathe of course and they wanted me to remove my septum and I couldn't remove it and my mother couldn't remove it so the nurses had to try and remove it and they didnt have the right tools so they used all sorts of fucked up tools and it was a whole ordeal. anyways I got it out in the end miraculously but wow septums really do be an issue sometimes 😔

depends on what jewelry u use i guess. i had problems with a clicker once that literally was stuck and was super tight on my nose too so it hurt super bad, so i had to look up a piercer studio to get help getting it up. 

i know some regular rings or rings with one ball can be kinda hard sometimes too. i mostly only use a horseshoe tho and those are like no problems at all

in the beginning i had to idea how to open any of them and i stood for like 30 min just trying to put them on, but with practice i can do it really quickly now

If you wear a seam ring in your septum it's hard because it has to be Bent a certain way or it warps and is garbage. 
If you wear high quality jewelry most people get seams because the hinge adds $150 at minimum to the cost usually. 
I only have one like that and it's so inconvenient I hate it. 
My new gold one coming has a hinge yass.
