sorry, i don't have experience, but generally speaking, those types of plants need all the light they can get because they are originally from southern climates like italy, california

don't water it more than once a week. make sure the soil looks completely dry on top before you water it also.

Probably closer to a clementine, they're generally smaller. 
Basically what above said with watering. About once a week, wait til soil is dry, keep in sunlight. Once it starts growing more you'll have to transplant it to a bigger pot or plant it outside.
