fulfilling life? HOW? please teach me!!!

i mean i've been turning my days around so my sleep schedule is fucked - i sleep until noon and then stay awake until 5 or 6 am
i have nowhere to be and nothing to do, so i don't really do a lot
like - today, i've gone shopping for midsummer and then i had mcdonalds with my brother's gf and that's all i've done (k i cleaned some too and took a walk but that is LITERALLY all) and it's sooooooo fucking depressing i don't know what to do??
watching movies or reading books or shitposting online doesn't help; they don't feel like real things to do and doing those things just has me feeling like i'm wasting my life
i'm boring and a no-lifer and i hate it with all i'm worth

this is basically the last 3 years of my life, so welcome, the hard lesson is this: life is as good as you make it yourself. and self-isolation sucks no matter the reason.

yeah, but what if you're totally oblivious to how the fuck you can make your life good, then? i mean, because i honestly don't know. i've no clue at all!
and it's not even self-isolation on my part, it's just that i don't even hear from anyone anymore. like, sure, i have my own friends and i love them a lot and all that, but they're (understandably) busy and have their own lives, you know? everyone i spent time with for the past four years that weren't my friends before that... they're gone.

Yes and no. I’ve learned to feel fulfilled by little things. Like lunch at McDonald’s. Reframe it in your mind as something nice you got to do with someone you love instead of thinking of it as “just” lunch at McDonald’s.

I understand that. I basically have 1 friend left where I live and I talk with just one or two friends outside of that maybe once or twice a year. Like, I don't know what will make my life good but it's better to try something and say "This isn't something for me" than not try something new at all. If you don't know, then you have all the possibilities to find something that can make you happy. I get that it isn't easy. I mean, I still don't know what will make me happy. All I've figured is that it is a lot about mindset and how you look at what you have. Gratitude can take you a long way.
Like, what do you want in your life? Professionally, as a hobby, things that you do once in a while?
Like if you're friendless, where can you meet new people? That can be done at hobbies, school, workplace, social gatherings or stuff you can go to like presentations or events.  Maybe you'd want a pet at a point. what's needed to get that?

Maybe ask yourself: What does a good life look at to me? Genuinely answer it from what you want and not what social media tell you you need or other ppl or parents, culture, tell you is needed. Just yourself.  Write down all the suggestions first and then you can work with them.

Like if you don't like your sleep schedule, get yourself up and to bed at the right time is step one. How to do so? You can read about how to create better sleep routines for yourself, fx.
Then, what to fill the day with? (can be a rly big question because like i'm on vp too bc i have too much time fx) but still, you can take up hobbies, take yourself out to the cinema, a cafe, go for a walk, yoga via youtube, listen to live sendings, read and learn stuff, watch series.  instrument. write a book. you name it.
better to do something than nothing, I guess.
