This sounds like a good idea too! On my hotel pillow I only have one sheet, that I try my best to wash, but I can admit it’s been a little longer than two months now 🙈

unless prescribed by a dr u really should never put stuff in your ear
oils and dirt and bacteria from around the ear can and will work their way into the ear tho so its preventative to wash the outside often

Ohh, inside.. Then you have to go to the doctor and get something prescribed. It could cause an infection to use products without a prescription
