How to workout when you have sore muscles

Im doing the Chloe Ting workout atm and my muscles (especially my abs) hurt like hell, so much that I can barely stand up straight after I've sat down for a bit. I'm actually supposed to follow her program every day for 14 days, but how the hell am I supposed to keep doing that when my stomach is in this much pain????? omg
