i just want t diet and exercise but im so unmotivateddddddddddddddd for  anything and i binge eat soo fcking much its amazing how i dont have diabetes yet plus im at home all day everyday so i eat my depression and boredom away

svimming somewhere, idk if you have any waters or oceans close by that people usually go to swim and bathe, you get fit really quickly by doing so, plus its fun!

always drink water when you eat 
you could also just walk around your apartment while you eat and listen to music
or then switch to food that is less in calories and eat till you are full or you are satisfied
if you live alone it is easier to control your eating at the store while buying food by not buying so and so items

Replace some of your unhealthy snacks with healthier options such as sweet fruits like grapes, melon and mango. It has worked for me.

well then the best that l can really suggest is that have a regular eating schedule every day and drink water on top of it, it makes feel you more full and then try to switch some of the snacks to healthier options like cherry tomatoes, etc... because you really can't run out a bad diet

Also never fucking go grocery shopping when you're hungry. 

Besides I've found that once you start caring about what you're eating - even the smallest - your motivation for exercise becomes easier because those two things go hand in hand.
