I'm struggling, I need sum delicious but healthy recipes. I am currently trying to lose weight and get toned, because quarantine hit me hard.

I'm definitely new to this since I always eat like trash


I need some healthy lowish calorie foods.

I like bananas, berries, coconut, hm burgers obviously but dunno any healthy options, love love love salmon, potatoes, everything with pasta really. Avocados. Everything with cheese. Kebab. lol

Yeah, but a lot of stuff that I have eaten are reeeally high in calories. For example if I wanted to eat one package of cookies, that would be all I could eat that day.

I'm not gonna keep eating unhealthy and look and feel like trash. If I say I want a proper diet then I want a proper diet. "Taking it slow, and cutting things off" doesn't work, been there done that, never again. Proper diet, period.

l mean habits usually are deep-seated therefore you should take baby steps because it is rare that one immediately success when they do a major change in their diets and usually can possible can lead to yoyo dieting

I just really don't have the time to take it slow, because I'm done being unhappy with my body and how I treat myself, because I haven't cared about what I've put into my body. 

We have diabetes and multiple other diseases in our family, and seeing my mother cry because she's worried about my weight gain and eating habits, made ME worried. I love her, but I'd gladly love myself enough to not have to worry about those things anymore.
