some people lying about serious stuff doesnt equate lets risk invalidating all abuse victims until they can 100% prove theyre victims of abuse. thats not how abuse works
its probably similiar statistics to rape allegations where only a tiny fraction of rape crimes r actually reported, even less lead to a trial, less than that actually lead to time in prison and then the smallest fraction of the all were falsely accused 
so we should believe rape and abuse victims
