yes, any calorie deficit will result in weight loss. also i really recommend not going overboard with the deficit. it's much better for your body to go for a slow approach

actually true. ive lost weight by eating WAYYY lower than i normally do and it works but i ended up gaining it back bec it was too annoying to eat that little lol so i heard a 500 calorie deficit is normal healthy and not too harsh

yep lol, i think it sounds like you have a decent plan. once you get used to it, getting by on 1600 calories is surprisingly easy.

and another lame thing that can happen when people lose weight too fast is loose skin. i wish i'd cared more about preventing that lol, i feel like the eyehand dude from pans labyrinth. i'm ok with my weight and journey and all that but if i could go back and do one thing differently, i'd take it slower.

the problem with counting calories for me is that i eat a lot of stuff thats rly annoying to count DX too many ingredients rip

thats right. at least i dont have to worry about that bec im more skinny-fat/chubby so i don think i will get lose skin even if i do that fast? anyways if u have lose skin after losing weight thats rly something to be proud of even if i know what u mean. like thats an awesome accomplishment to improve urself so gj
