actually true. ive lost weight by eating WAYYY lower than i normally do and it works but i ended up gaining it back bec it was too annoying to eat that little lol so i heard a 500 calorie deficit is normal healthy and not too harsh
yep lol, i think it sounds like you have a decent plan. once you get used to it, getting by on 1600 calories is surprisingly easy.
and another lame thing that can happen when people lose weight too fast is loose skin. i wish i'd cared more about preventing that lol, i feel like the eyehand dude from pans labyrinth
