I have seen and called to so many apartments but i have a good feeling about this one. It’s owned by a retired man who moves to Spain for every winter so i’d rent his place with all the furniture and everything - a bit weird maybe but works for me. Water, parking spot and electricity would be in the rent fee too. The location is really good and it’s 30m ^2 so good size too. We had a pretty long conversation on phone and everything sounded pretty good. He was a bit drunk tho lol so i hope we get along irl too...
