to be honest aside from having a shitty boss the last time i worked in a grocery store, i was quite comfortable with it - the only thing i really hated was people constantly asking me what i was planning on doing later in life lol like "oh, do you go to uni?" or "what are you studying to become?"
idk man, i guess grocery stores and nursing run in my genes, you know? my grandparents owned like four different grocery stores in their lives, my mom's worked in grocery stores for most of her life (she went to uni to become a teacher but apparently once she was done, she didn't like the job AND at one point in the early 2000s she worked in the elderly care at a group home but other than that, it's been grocery stores), two of my aunts recently took over my grandparents' grocery store because they're retiring (whereof one of my aunts is a nurse and has worked with nursing for a bunch of years but tired of it), my youngest aunt is a nurse, my great grandma worked at a group home for emotionally disabled and disturbed children, my paternal grandmother always worked in a grocery store before she got sick and then retired...

man, i'm never getting out of this, am i? it's gonna be a grocery store and then, once the right opportunity shows up, the hospital or a group home (preferably for children)

but yeah, back to the point - we can definitely complain about customers together.

less than two months ago i was kicked out on the fucking streets, and now i have an apartment, i finished college, i have a job and i haven't even run out of my savings yet (who even manages to save up that amount of money while being a student omg) and pretty soon it might already be time for me to look for a bigger, better apartment (unless i can stand living here for a couple years in order to save up enough to buy an apartment - it mostly depends on the cats and for how long they can deal with living like this)
