you feel like you are not going in the direction you'd like to go in life?

i don't like my current job, i work with outdated tech, all the projects are similar, and i don't feel like i develop any relevant or useful skills. i'd like to try something else in my field, but this current company only has similar shit tier outdated tech positions to offer.

getting into a better company requires the knowledge of newer things, which i'd have to learn on my own on top of my 40h/week job. which is tiring and learning everything on my own poses the risk of learning things wrong. also i'd be an intern again, and most companies want people with years of experience.

then i see people younger than me getting into those positions, because they didn't waste their first career years in shit corporations like i did.

i need to do something before i get bitter and disappointed and unmotivated. but i feel like all the options are out of my reach.

have you been in a similar situation? what did you do? send me any tips or guides pls
