I haven't used dairy in a while but l ate a piece of cheese yesterday and today and my intestines have been angry and l cut meat out couple years ago when l noticed my weak ass stomach acting up

Well yes but if the food is high in fat my stomach can't handle it unless it is nuts or salmon therefore weak
