- consume less coffeine (nd i mean like maybe 1 energy drink a week im an addict ok)

- quit smoking

- go to bed at a specific time and wake up a specific time except for when im partying of course

- stop drinking by myself at home unless its just like a glass of wine to chill nd have alone time i mean like not drink an entire bottle before dinner

- stop skipping on medicationnnnnn

- eat at least 3 meals a day, every day and at time when you're supposed to eat

- be honest with myself and with my friends

- don't take on more work than i can handle

- get a gym card


and i mean like this list may be finished in a month or in 5 years or i may never finish it bc i live every day experiencing different things etc

- study 4-6 hours a day

why is the moderator button a judge button it always confuses me i just see us users in a courtroom and ur sitting there deciding our sentence which is accurate

also i wish i was a person that woke up at like 6am but on the days i do im always super bored not knowing what to do unless i have work

i have no idea, if i remember correctly it used to be different but then all the icons changed (rip yellow ft </3)

i'm the kind of a person who sets alarms at 8 but snoozes for 2 hours, then cancels the alarms, and gets up at 12

i don't even set alarms unless i need to get somewhere i just wake up when i do and get up like 1h after that but i don't like that kind of life lol

I love that list it’s good

mine is uhh
- try to get new friends and talk to people it’s not that bad everyone is new to each other
- keep apartment clean
- keep a budget all the time of spengings and income
- try to exercise and keep myself in shape
i’m moving out in a month so life will change a lot

- trying to get over my fear of painting by step by step (already have doodles that l could make a watercolor & gouache painting and the ultimate goal is to be able to use oils again)

why do you need more salt? i have the opposite problem if i eat more salt youre going to find me dead somewhere

If l eat any less salt longer you are gonna find me in a coma. I don't really get a lot of salt. Sometimes l have a salt deficiency and it feels like my veins are abt to pop, nauseated, dizzy and l vomit sometimes. 

So, l learned to have a jar of small pickles in my fridge because l forget to add salt to my food, or l add but it is not enough for the daily dose expecially if l sweat.

thats interesting i never realized it was possible to get too little salt, i always assumed you kinda got the necessary dose in most processed food on the market

thats interesting i never realized it was possible to get too little salt, i always assumed you kinda got the necessary dose in most processed food on the market
That would be that. I don't eat snacks that you can buy from stores, convenience food nor bread. I make my food from scratch, so, l don't get salt because there can't be any added salt.

For example today l ate for breakfast a glass of cultivated milk and an apple with almond butter, dinner was veggie soba noodles with sesame tahini dressing, snacks was raisins and for supper same as breakfast. So, the salt l got today was from the soba noodles and from soy sauce in the dressing and l don't think it was enough again.
