most of the claims people say it has are actually old wive's tales
first of, you can't do any cleansing or detoxing
there are some who say it helps "cleanse" the bowels, but that's not true. to really empty your bowels you'd have to take a laxative, but that's something for medical reasons only and only if your doctor tell you so
also, short term weight loss is not real, because our weight actually fluctuates trhoughout the week and even day anyways, so it's not really reliable
u seem very smart about weight loss, i cannot stop eating and i have very little energy to work out, any diet tips or tips for me?
