Totally unrelated to each other, but it's not necessary to make to threads 😌

So first question..
Does anyone have suggestions for good drawing tablets for beginners? I really wanna get into drawing on laptop and i have seen a couple videos and read reviews, but it helped nothing.

Second question...
What do y'all in relationships do for dates and time together? Things that are possible now that stuff like going to the movies is not an option.

Thanks in advance too those who answer.

I considered wacom too! I saw some bad reviews on them and like i want to hear people i know use it a lot suggest them, seems more reliable tbh! You are the second here to say u like it, so it's kinda tempting 😌

they are great working and the cheap ones are actually quite a good expense if you really are ambitious about making it work
if you are uncertain if you will even like digital art, it is a bit of a different story, maybe first try someone who can borrow you a tablet to try it for a week or two
I took the leap and didn't regret it in the least, have my tablet for 5 years now and might get myself a new one in the next years, as mine starts to really show it's age (it makes a breaking sound when touching it on one side and the surface starts to have scratches you can feel while working, which mostly comes from me being dumb and not changing the tip for 3 years)

The only option i have to borrow one is sadly my big brother, but the one he has is a full on like table one and i feel like that might be a bit much to just try and borrow šŸ‘ŽšŸ»
But ty for the insight tho, I'm ready to tackle it for sure! haha

you mean one with a screen?
they sure work a bit differently, because it feel smore like traditional drawing, as you see the pen and the lines match up
working a tablet without screen is like working a mouse but with a more natural handling
maybe try it out nonetheless for a bit still to see how it improves your flow in the lines?

No not really, but it's like idk 50cm wide and maybe 30-40cm tall.. it's really big, but he is also really into digital art.

Yea having the tablet without screen for sure will be a test of patience, but i feel like im okay with it. I mean I'm okay with the mouse, i just get so annoyed with not being able to get the lines working like i want them too. It might be a good change with the tablet, we will see! 😌

As far as I've experienced it, it's only a minimal getting used to to different sizes. You'll learn much faster to just have a smaller space available than learning that you can use a huge space. :d
In the beginning, it will be a bit taxing, but that's true for no matter what tablet you use. I feel like the learning curve is quite steep as we are still kind of used to using traditional pens.
