Mile Higher is a good one, they look at a lot of true crime stuff, but they also do stuff on ancient civilisations and other cool phenomena. 
The next two aren't necessarily documentary style, but I'm gonna include em cause I love em. 
I also love Happy Place w Fearne Cotton. Each episode she gets a new celeb to talk through the changes they've made to become happier, and/or the hardships they've faced and overcome. This is v inspirational. 
Another cool one is Happier w Gretchen Rubin - in this one they talk about cool ideas that you could implement to become a happier person. I listen to this one almost religiously and I have tried out and kept some of the ideas.
