i use proper hair scissors but if u have fabric scissors they should be sharp enough to do the deed without messing up ur ends too bad. but since bangs are so light and particular abt the way they fall, i wouldnt recommend using kotchen scissors. theyd be very blunt

Protip, start by cutting them a bit longer first, then correct,  it's damn hard to add length LMAO
