mycelium is supposed to look like that but if there is green it in then it is mold and needs to be removed in order to keep the mycelium healthy

Dude I can't seem to find any of the plants I'm looking for here, maybe it's not the right climate or something? Except for my begonia maculata, which is SICK, I've been looking for an alocasia frydek, a monstera veriegata, a hoya kerrii splash and a hoya krimson princess or queen but I can't find any online, maybe I need to actually go to a nursery and ask if they have any. You can probably tell I love variegated plants lol.
