Some more to the basics. Tarantulas are either terrestrial or arboreal. There are built differences. Arboreal tarantulas usually have elongated legs are, more "petite" overall built, great jumpers, and fast. The name might give it away but arboreal tarantulas usually live in trees when terrestrial prefer living on the ground or living under the ground. Terrestrial tarantulas are built like tanks. In my head burrowing tarantulas are a subcategory in terrestrials. They don't have any anatomic differences but the burrowing tarantulas prefer building burrows and web their burrow openings if given the opportunity.
Humidity plays a big part. Not all tarantulas like high humidity e.g most African tarantulas like it dry expect some exception like Heteroscodra Immaculata which is mostly found in the rainforests of Congo. If the humidity is not proper for the individual needs the tarantula cant properly molt which can be fatal.
The tarantula just needs you to give them the right setting, humidity, and feed the tarantulas. To me, very easy pets to keep when it comes to husbandry. Yeah, lm gonna add that if you consider getting a tarantula you should get a New World as your first due them having docile nature and remember to do species-specific research. l don't handle my tarantulas. If l have to go dig something up or pick l use tongs. Tongs when feeding, changing water dish and etc... Never hands.
