i tried to fall asleep for 7-8 hours but every time i was about to, it felt like i stopped breathing and i got an adrenaline rush and my heart started pounding n wouldnt stop and nothing helped =D so im lowkey delirious now but at least i got some sleep done,, i think i cried maybe 4 times because i was so exhausted but nah every 10-15 minutes i wud just get startled for literally no reason

i literally thought of calling an ambulance bcs it felt so bad and i thought i was gonna throw up from the exhaustion and the constant beating made me nauseous and my dad's had heart problems in the past so. idk theres just no reason for it

hmm yeah it sometimes takes me 6 hours to fall asleep lol usually i just give up and stay awake for a couple of days 

anyway
may b u should talk to a doctor if that happens again cuz it might as well be another medical condition that causes those symptoms
