i tried to fall asleep for 7-8 hours but every time i was about to, it felt like i stopped breathing and i got an adrenaline rush and my heart started pounding n wouldnt stop and nothing helped =D so im lowkey delirious now but at least i got some sleep done,, i think i cried maybe 4 times because i was so exhausted but nah every 10-15 minutes i wud just get startled for literally no reason

hmm yeah it sometimes takes me 6 hours to fall asleep lol usually i just give up and stay awake for a couple of days 

anyway
may b u should talk to a doctor if that happens again cuz it might as well be another medical condition that causes those symptoms
