also bonus wholesome story:
when in the kitchen putting glaze on the cinnamon buns i baked for my grandparents, the neighbor kid, a girl like 6-7, kept waving at us from the backyard. my grandfather realized there were six cinnamon buns and we were only five people. so he went to give the sixth cinnamon bun to "little alina" as he called her. watching from the window as he passed the cinnamon bun over the hedge and saw little alinas face light up with excitement and curiosity. her parents were there too and they looked very curious too, like i dont think they had ever seen a cinnamon bun before??? (they are from a foreign country)
anyways knowing that my cinnamon bun caused positive emotions from a little girl felt so precious. couldnt help but smile : )
