What birth control are you taking?
Overall i think yo should contact the person that gave you the birth control, or a youth care center (idk what its called in english rlly).
Loette 28 or smth (pills) n sja
Have you read the info that came with the pill? I really recommed reading abt all possible side effects of a medicine before taking it.
You should read it and see if it says anything abt migranes.
Ive tried to find some info on it, the pill itself does not seem to be a usual one here in sweden, so i didnt find much info on it on fass (pharmasutical specialists in sweden, a legit site). Though i looked up the substance "Levonorgestrel" and it seems to be in many types of birth controls.
Ive checked out some different ones, and how usual it is to get mingranes as a side effect depends. What is very important to know abt the pill, and i hope your doctor told you this, is the hightend risk of blod clots. And im reading that in SOME CASES getting more migranes could be a sign of a heightend risk of blod clots (thoug, i would guess you have to get it more frequently than you seem to have. And other side effects seem to have to show too, so dont worry that ur gonna die on the spot).
But this is why i think you should both read the packaging slip, and also contact your doctor. You should not be taking pills if youre too lazy to contact a doctor when you have side effects that worry you. You can prob contact them by phone, or contact a youth clinic by phone, so you dont have to go there.
I've been off them for 2 months I think tho (first time in almost 2 years) n I've had at least 1 migraine after that but idkk, it doesn't rlly worry me but its a little annoying.
