then i let the onions  sweat on the pan in olive oil, added garlic, then added the mushrooms after the garlic was fragrant, let the mushrooms wilt n shrink, then i added balsamic white wine vinegar (just white wine would b better) and oat cream and a bouillon cube n black pepper and pasta water and i let it reduce for 15min till it was thiccc and then i mixed the pasta in it and added nutritional yeast cus i wanted it more cheesy and i also added parsley and basil

it was amazing!! bacon would b great on top but im lazy n dont wanna make vegan bacon, n im poor n dont wanna buy vegan bacon😔
