if they deliver it to the door downstairs, can i ask them to carry it upstairs for me or is that rude? coz i work weird hours and whenever i'm free and able to recieve the couch, no one else is free so they can't help me lol. and there is no way i'd be able to get a couch up on my own. no way

idk i'm so anxious about this whole couch shit lmfao i don't know how it works
