i finally managed to fix my sleep schedule after weeks of struggling + my psych nurse judging me every week cuz i still hadn't fixed it... i went to bed at 10pm tuesday night and woke up at 8am this morning. so i was gonna go to sleep at 10pm again tonight n i was rlly looking forward to that tbh. then bf needed me to help with some graphic design stuff so i ended up doing that until 1:40am and now i'm over 4 hours past bedtime. like i FINALLY fixed this thing n then immediately ruined it again n the psych nurse is gonna me so annoyed with me again. : (
