If you can't remember if you are 12 or 24 or 60 then check your ID before doing those things so ypu know if it's okay. If you're just at home watching netflix and and eating food you don't need your age

And forgeting own age is a real mental healt thing. I have that problem sometimes and sometimes I forget other peoples ages too. I forgot my boyfriends age for couple weeks last month and were too shy to ask it (i had no idea if he were 22 or 32 or something between, i knew he is older than me but i didn't know if it were months or years but then I remembered his chinese horoscope (rat) and he don't look like he coul be 36 so until that I have knew again how old he is)
