TW should i have a cheat day

my crush is coming over on tuesday, and we decided we're gonna drink, A LOT. 
I'm also getting my hair and nails done, so should i just straight up buy some snacks too? 
I've been on a diet for a couple of months and I'm legit scared to eat stuff, but I'm also scared it will trigger my eating disorder. 


I used to not eat but once a day, now i eat healthy foods but i can't swallow unhealthy ones, if I do I have made myself throw up, but I'm also reaaally graving some snacks

this is something u gotta figure out on ur own tho, like none of us can sit and say "yes eat that" or "dont eat that" if u make urself throw up like only ure gonna know if ur capable of keeping it down or not

so normally i eat stuff like eggs, apples, bananas, finnish rye bread, 0.1% "curd" or yogurt, risotto with rice, chicken, and pea, corn and pepper, or just chicken with curry, salad and other stuff similar. Only diet that has worked for me because I enjoy the food I eat even tho it's not as unhealthy as some. I aim for 1200 kcl per day.

and like i normally drink alcohol like max. twice per month, I'm just new to this dieting thing and idk how it works.

how tall are you?
160cm, I tried using myfitnesspal and it gave me 1200kcl, not sure if that's correct

I guess, but that's not why I'm asking. I CAN eat, but I want to know if it's OKAY to eat that kind of stuff if I already drink alcohol.

(I made myself throw up in the past because I felt like I regret eating that, because I was afraid of losing progress and therefor felt guilty.

noa fence but u should probably get some help after this, eating once a day and struggling to eat anything unhealthy isnt just a diet, its really dangerous

i wish i could help but i myself am tryna figure out proper eating habits
dont eat and purge though.. it has serious damage and puking bc u feel regret over unhealthy food is definitely not something u should leave alone

I am aware of this, but I decided to see a doc first and talk about it and then talk about a proper diet (my weight is not "healthy", it used to be and I used to think it was not, now it really isn't lol) 

However I can't get any appointments anywhere before next month. I tried a month ago and then this month they said there ain't any appointments before september.

ofc its okay to have 1 day where u drink AND eat snacks, if u know that u can handle it
