Red car wants to park behind purple car but is unable to do so because the woman takes up all the space. These parkings are used by the people who live in the apartments close by.. the lady finally moves after the red car waited for a about a minute... this is not a busy road.. there would be plenty of places for the biker to be and limited places for the cars who want to park nearby their homes
